humidity & often no beaches for miles,

Meeting the greats
The Final PAFL match of the year was played on Friday 26th Sep (GF eve) and in attendance - and in fact coaching my Dingoes team was the 1987 Norm Smith Medalist Davis Rhys Jones.
Dingoes won a tight match 11.7 to 9.8 - I managed 3 goals :) ..cool. It was a great season once again with around 12 games played .
This test involves dashing between 2 ends of a 20m distance at progressively faster intervals as the beeps increase in frequency. Starting at 6, the number of shuttles increase also for each level.
At age 32 I managed to achieve 11.9 score.At age 41 I manage an 11.0
According to the chart, my fitness has actually increased when considered against my age.
Richard - of Crossfit Saigon scored an impressive 12.2.
For a vey cool skate shop in Ho Chi Minh City check out F/IT sKATE ShoP.
Its at 37 hồ văn huê, phú nhuận - Not far from the train line crossing (on the way to the airport).
I was really impressed with their range of complete boards and their clothing and shoes!. 'Complete 'crime' board sets 1.4m. Vans shoes $40, Am skating shoes $20! Great little shop!
Wow! That was my reaction after witnessing the awesonme power and speed of the ultimate class of the moto GP series. These bikes blew me away!
A sprinkle of rain actually added to the spectacle, It was like a mini tornando as the bikes ripped passed the Marquez stand. Freakin awesome! The saturday qualifying was just as good as race day - both days must be seen.
The whole trip can be acomplished for a very reasonable price. 63 Euros for the 4 day pass, $35 / night hotel in Sepang and super cheap air asia flights put the package together at less than 500 bucks (Excluding beer money :) ).
Based on the above ive already committed to returning in 2017.
