Roar through to Semi Final.
Shays U8's team the AIS Roar managed a thrilling 2 - 2 draw against the SSA hotshots this week which was enough to get them through to the Arsenal 7's semi final. They will play the undefeated Tia Sang team this Sunday. The Roar let a 2 goal lead slip, then missed a last second penalty which would have won them the game. Any disappointment was soon forgotten as we learnt we were through to the knock out stage.!

This test involves dashing between 2 ends of a 20m distance at progressively faster intervals as the beeps increase in frequency. Starting at 6, the number of shuttles increase also for each level.
At age 32 I managed to achieve 11.9 score.At age 41 I manage an 11.0
According to the chart, my fitness has actually increased when considered against my age.

Wow! That was my reaction after witnessing the awesonme power and speed of the ultimate class of the moto GP series. These bikes blew me away!
A sprinkle of rain actually added to the spectacle, It was like a mini tornando as the bikes ripped passed the Marquez stand. Freakin awesome! The saturday qualifying was just as good as race day - both days must be seen.
The whole trip can be acomplished for a very reasonable price. 63 Euros for the 4 day pass, $35 / night hotel in Sepang and super cheap air asia flights put the package together at less than 500 bucks (Excluding beer money :) ).
Based on the above ive already committed to returning in 2017.
